Website Terms of Use

1.1 These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of noodlehealth.in and any associated Noodle marketing or landing pages (the "Site"), operated by Care Neurodiversity India Private Limited ("Care ND India", "we", "us", "our"), part of the Care ADHD Group. By using the Site — including taking the ADHD screener or joining our waitlist — you agree to these Terms.

1.2 These Terms apply only to your use of this Site. They do not cover the separate terms that will apply once you can access clinical Services (assessment, coaching, or treatment) through Noodle — those are set out in our separate Terms and Conditions, which come into effect once booking and clinical functionality goes live.

1.3 Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, which explain how we handle your personal data and use cookies on the Site.

2.1 The Site is currently an informational and marketing resource. It provides general information about ADHD, a self-assessment screener, and the option to join a waitlist for early access to Noodle's future clinical Services. It does not currently let you book an appointment, pay for a Service, or receive clinical treatment.

3.1 The Site, including the screener, is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.2 We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 through the Site. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete that data promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us using the details in Section 14.

4.1 The screener is a short, self-reported questionnaire intended to help you understand whether your experiences are consistent with common ADHD symptoms. It is not a diagnostic tool, and completing it does not create a doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship between you and Care ND India or any of our clinicians.

4.2 Your screener result is not a diagnosis and should not be treated as medical advice. Only a qualified clinician, following a full clinical assessment, can diagnose ADHD. If you are concerned about your health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4.3 How we handle your screener responses, including when they are shared with our clinical team, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Joining our waitlist registers your interest in Noodle's Services and lets us contact you when they become available in your area. It does not guarantee you an assessment slot, a specific launch date, or any particular price, and does not create a contract for clinical Services between you and us.

5.2 You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time by contacting us (Section 14) or, where offered, using an unsubscribe link in our emails.

6.1 All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Noodle and Care ND India names and branding, and the screener, is owned by Care ND India and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of it without our prior written permission.

7.1 You agree not to:

a. misuse the Site, including by introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;

b. scrape, harvest, or systematically extract any content or data from the Site;

c. impersonate any person or entity, or provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including regarding your age or identity, when using the Site;

d. interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site;

e. use the Site in any way that violates or facilitates the violation of applicable law or regulation.

8.1 The Site may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, platforms, or services, including services used for hosting, content delivery, analytics, and advertising, as described in our Cookie Notice. Such third-party services are operated independently of us. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or other practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any such third-party website or service is subject to its respective terms and policies.

9.1 The information on the Site, including information about ADHD, symptoms, statistics, testimonials, and screening tools, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

9.2 The screener is not a diagnostic tool and does not confirm or rule out any medical or mental health condition. Any diagnosis or treatment decision should be made by a qualified healthcare professional.

9.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from your reliance on or use of the information or screening results provided through the Site.

9.4 The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site or its content will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

9.5 The Site and screener are not intended for use in a medical or mental health emergency. If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or need urgent medical attention, please contact your local emergency services immediately or reach out to a crisis helpline in your area. Do not rely on the Site or screener for urgent or emergency care.

10.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

11.1 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the Site, including information submitted through the screener and waitlist. Our Cookie Notice explains our use of cookies and similar technologies and how you can manage your cookie preferences. By using the Site, you acknowledge these policies.

11.2 For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), Care ND India acts as the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data you provide through the Site, including your screener responses and waitlist details.

11.3 We collect and process your personal data only for the purposes for which you provide it — including responding to your waitlist registration, sharing relevant screener information with our clinical team, and improving the Site — and only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

11.4 You have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time, in each case as set out in our Privacy Policy. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.

12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to the Site or our services. We will update the “Effective Date” when changes are made. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any rights and remedies available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable laws, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

14.3 We aim to acknowledge grievances within 3 working days and respond in a timely manner.

15.1 Termination and Suspension: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.

15.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Care ND India, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement and Assignment: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Care ND India regarding your use of the Site. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

This Policy was last updated on 3rd of September, 2026, and this version replaces any previously applicable Policy.
