This Policy applies to the current, marketing-only version of the Noodle website, which includes:
General information about ADHD and Noodle's upcoming services
A free, confidential ADHD self-assessment screener (e.g. ASRS-style questionnaire)
A waitlist sign-up form to register interest and receive updates on launch and early-access offers
It does not yet cover appointment booking, payment processing, or the delivery of clinical assessment/treatment services.

To provide the self-assessment screener and share your indicative result with you, based on your consent.
To manage the waitlist and contact you about launch, availability, and early-access offers you have signed up for.
To send marketing communications about Noodle's services, only where you have separately and affirmatively opted in. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting any other consent you have given us in our website.
To operate, secure, and improve the website, including through analytics, on the basis of consent obtained via our cookie banner.
To comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not use your screener responses for any purpose beyond the above without asking for your fresh, specific consent.
7. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Data
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients who are bound by the terms of this policy, and only as needed for the purposes above:
Our clinical team — only if and when you choose to book an assessment, so they can review your screener's responses ahead of your appointment.
Service providers (data processors) — including our content management system (Storyblok) and our CRM/email platform (Brevo, used on a backend/server-side basis for waitlist submissions), who process data on our instructions and under contract.
Analytics and advertising partners — Hotjar, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Brevo where you have consented to the relevant cookie category.
Regulators and authorities, where required by applicable law.
8. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data on servers located outside India. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection, consistent with the DPDPA and any conditions notified by the Central Government for cross-border transfer.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, as set out below:
