Clinical rigour, real warmth

Every pathway is consultant psychiatrist-led and follows NICE guidelines. Our clinicians bring decades of NHS experience, and take time to understand the whole person – not just a checklist of symptoms.

Care ADHD is now Noodle. Same clinical team, same high standards.

Our clinical approach

Clinical pillars

At the heart of our clinical practice are six core pillars that shape how we deliver clinically exceptional care.

Personalise every plan

We build assessments and treatment plans around the person in front of us – their needs, their history, how their condition shows up for them, and what they’re working towards.

Titrate safely, monitor closely

Where ADHD medication is appropriate, we begin at a low dose, titrating gradually. Meanwhile, we monitor everything - from side effects, sleep, appetite and mood to blood pressure, pulse and ECG.

Find the right treatment methods

After a diagnosis, we offer ongoing support for both adults and children – education about ADHD, coaching and medication, where it’s clinically appropriate.

Recruit and vet rigorously

Clinicians are interviewed against our principles and vetted for expertise, with DBS checks, professional registration, Right to Work and CPD confirmed before they see patients.

Lead with consultant expertise

Training and clinical governance are led by consultant psychiatrists Dr Chris Abbott (CMO) and Dr Rhodri David (Associate Medical Director), bringing decades of clinical experience and training to Noodle.

Supervise beyond sign-off

New clinicians shadow live clinics, observing different styles and presentations. They lead their own clinics under supervision. Formal is sign-off required before they practice independently through us.

Our approach to quality

Full patient pathways, under one roof

Consultant psychiatrist-led care that takes the pressure off GPs and NHS teams – from referral to ongoing reviews and care.

Stories from those we support

'The assessment was so much more relaxed than I expected it to be. I'd built it up in my head as this really mentally taxing process, but there was never a point where I felt rushed or cut off. My assessor was so patient – and I talk a lot.'

CharlotteDiagnosed with ADHD, aged 25

'When you think ‘ADHD’, you think naughty little boys bouncing off the walls. I'm introverted. I don't like standing up in front of people. So, I didn't recognise some of the traits in myself. Not before I realised ADHD presents so differently in women.'
