Safe by design, always improving

Governance runs through everything we do, from our processes to our Board. We learn from every audit, outcome and piece of patient feedback – so care stays safe and keeps improving as we grow.

Higher standards. For everyone. We support consistent quality standards and CQC regulation for every ADHD and autism provider. It’s how we’ve worked from day one.

Regulated by the CQC

We’re registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) the independent regulator of health and social care in England.

In their words

'The assessment was so much more relaxed than I expected it to be. I'd built it up in my head as this really mentally taxing process, but there was never a point where I felt rushed or cut off. My assessor was so patient – and I talk a lot.'

Your questions, answered

What happens if something goes wrong?

We take all incidents, complaints and concerns seriously – each is reviewed to understand what happened and why. Where something needs to change, we put it right and share the learning across the team. If you'd like to report a concern, please get in touch.

How do you use patient feedback?

Patient feedback is a key part of how we improve. We regularly review comments, surveys, complaints and compliments to see what's working well and where we can do better. This feedback feeds into our governance processes. It shapes our service development, quality improvement and patient experience.

Is Noodle regulated?

We're regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) – the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Strong governance and regular quality checks mean our care consistently meets CQC standards.

Who oversees quality and safety at Noodle?

Our quality and governance framework is led by our senior clinical leadership team and consultant psychiatrists. Regular reporting to senior management and the board keeps us accountable and helps us improve.
