In an emergency, call 999
Or go to A&E if you’re worried about an immediate risk of harm. Noodle is not a crisis service and we can’t give the right support in an emergency.

What to do if you need urgent help
I have a care plan
Call your crisis line
Use the number your healthcare professional gave you with your care plan.
Follow your care plan
It includes the emergency contact details you'll need right now.
Can't find your care plan?
Call your community mental health team and ask for a coordinator or duty worker.
I don't have a care plan
Call your GP practice
Ask for an emergency appointment. Note: it may not be until the next working day.
Go to your nearest A&E
Head there now if you don't feel able to keep yourself or someone else safe.
Call 999
Phone the emergency services – especially if you're hurt and may need treatment.
Support if you're not in crisis
Call 111 and select option 2 for 24/7 mental health support. In England, that's 111 (or 18001 111 for text relay, or the NHS 111 BSL service).
Call 111 if:
- Things that were already hard are getting worse
- You're facing a mental health issue for the first time
- Someone has self-harmed, but it isn't life-threatening
