Private or NHS Right to Choose?
You can see us privately from anywhere in the UK, or through NHS Right to Choose if you live in England. Here’s how the two routes compare, so you can choose what’s right for you.

Direct with us
With no GP referral needed, our private assessments and treatment can help you move forward faster.
- Book your assessment directly, without waiting for a GP referral
- Access treatment and medication sooner
- Get care wherever you live in the UK
- Virtual appointments that work around your job and life

Through the NHS
An NHS-funded route is available. If you're registered with a GP in England, you can ask them to refer you to an approved private provider of NHS services. This is called NHS Right to Choose.
We're one of the most trusted NHS providers, holding more than 20 contracts across the country. Right to Choose is available to you if:
- You're registered with a GP in England
- Your GP agrees an ADHD or autism referral is appropriate
- You're requesting referral to an eligible Right to Choose provider, like Noodle

How to get started
Getting ADHD medication
If medication is clinically appropriate, how you access it depends on whether you reach us via the NHS or privately. Costs can vary - we'll talk you through your options before you decide.

Private
Easily accessible, transparently prices and paid directly to the pharmacist.

Right to Choose
Medication at NHS prescription prices – or at no cost if you're exempt.
Your questions, answered
I've already been diagnosed privately – can I still access NHS Right to Choose?
Yes. Having had a private assessment doesn't affect your right to NHS treatment. If you haven't yet accessed NHS-funded care under Right to Choose, your GP can still refer you to us for a full NHS pathway, including assessment and titration.
What if my GP won't refer me?
Your GP can carry out a clinical review before referring you, but if they agree a referral is medically appropriate, you have the legal right to choose any eligible provider in England. Find out more about your options here.
Do you offer private autism assessments?
Autism assessments are currently available for children and young people under NHS Right to Choose.
Private and Right to Choose autism and dual assessments for adults (18+) are coming soon. Private autism assessments for children young people (6-17) are coming soon.
